Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn’t find the answer. Can you change the volume of the mic with VFX? I can hear people just fine (a little too loud if anything) but they tell me I am really quiet, is it possible to turn up the gain on the mic with settings on my ATA or not? I have a SPA2102 with auto provisioning Cheers Andy

If its still too low you will have access to modify it on your "regional" tab via the gui of the SPA2102 Nicholas Cuc Network Support WorldxChange Communications www.xnet.co.nz

Griven: If its still too low you will have access to modify it on your "regional" tab via the gui of the SPA2102 Just to clarify, under this regional menu it's the Gain setting you are after, and it's value can be modified in increments of 3. eg. -6, -3, 0, 3, 6 etc..

Oh forgot one thing, make sure you click on advanced view at the top while under Regional menu, otherwise you won't see the Gain option.

As I am auto provisioned (I assume) I am unable to get the admin settings of any of the router (i.e. not just the Line1 which VFX sort out) and therefore can’t get the Gain settings. I can’t even get to the admin settings for the WAN stuff. It asks for a password and as I thought I couldn’t remember whatever I had set it to I ended up resetting the SPA 2102 and starting from scratch (where I could get admin access) setting up auto provisioning, once it’s setup I can no longer get to the admin settings. Any ideas? Also if this isn’t possible for me to do, could someone from VFX set the gain to 6 please. Thanks Andy
