Hi I changed my plan to fusion 40 on 30 Nov and was told it would take effect the next day however if I log onto the portal I see this

Standard 5.2 GB

billable usage 0.2 GB

I hope this gets sorted by the end of the month

Just taking a look at this, appears as though there has been an sales error on our side.  Give me 10 minutes and I should be able to get this corrected for you.

moved to fusion 60 and now I don't feel embarrassed any more when discussing with colleagues about internet connection at home :-)
