Hi

Can make outbound call but can't receive inbound call with 3CX http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=65&topicid=110553

This issue is back and only 4th line is having problem that can't receive a call from outside.
When I call the 4th line from outside, it says "the number you have dialed not in service..." 

I have checked on my PBX 3cx side and nothing is wrong and this problem is exactly same problem as before. 

Can you please check the registration of the line 1470?

have you tried to log a fault with the help desk or did you just post directly here, please log a fault with a help desk, please supply them with date and times of the calls, you also seem to have all numbers registered on the same IP and port .... all calls today to the number I am guessing you are talking about have all gone through to your IP and been been released,

Again your first contact should be to the help desk

Ok, I have called help desk and explained this situation.
They logged my call and you should receive my log soon.

Hi 

I've reset configuration and it still has a problem with receiving a call. 

When I try to call from outside, it starts to say "pu- pu-" and call ends a few seconds after, instead of "the number you have called....".

Hope this leads to some hits to you.
