Topic # 114064 6-Feb-2013 21:30 Send private message

I occasionally check in with the Xnet home page to check the latest.
Daughters being home from uni the last two months. Data usage goes right up. Aargh!
Yesterday I visit Geekzone WXC page first time in months and Holy Crap! New plans have being out since early December.
Upon further investigation it is found that Xnet homepage has no mention of this. Still advertising old plans. Huh? That's odd.
No "cold call" has being received about it being in my best interest to change from old/current $70 fusion-VoIP plan to one of the new plans.
Also what's with the difference between the 0800 numbers for Xnet homepage and the 0800 number shown on the new plans page? And I say page as I can only see one page re new plans. And I had to hunt that page down.
Seems strange that the "new" plans are so secret.
Am I missing something here?

The sales team have been busy trying to contact everyone with the details,  I've passed on your details and will have you called to discuss them shortly.

The Xnet website is currently under review and no changes are being made to the site.  No difference in the numbers, they both go to the Sales Team.

LOL - the advertisement at the top of this page for me is currently showing WxC's six new plans.

Maybe if you visited Geekzone more you would've seen the new plans that way! :P

I was not phone either, so a month ago I sent an e-mail to the sales team. Never heard back, but this month my invoice shows it was changed over on the day. I have to say it would have been nice if at least I got a reply e-mail to say it was done, only had the automated one saying my e-mail was received. No ticket number either. (Constructive criticism, not complaint as such.)

I'll follow this up with Sales/Provisioning,  you should have at the very least a received confirmation change plan email.

Still trying to confirm what has happened with the confirmation email, looks like it should have gone out, should have hit your Xnet email (same email it was requested from).  We've also tested the process and it doesn't appear to be broken.

Might have some more information this afternoon,  thanks for bringing it to our attention.
