Wow - just tried to call WXC to get some feedback on a ticket I logged earlier today and the place has been evacuated...exciting times...hope it's not too dramatic....:)

Hi, thank you for your concern but everyone is good. It's just a drill.

Phones should be manned again within the next 10 minutes or so :)

Did that yesterday, a real person answered after 1 or 2 rings, and was able to answer my query without consulting their manager, or reading from a script! Well done!

Was like that since the day we signed up many years ago. There was a short time they had issues during the Torrent plan, but otherwise always great, fast response. Nice, refreshing company to deal with.

I think once I had to spend about two minutes on hold.

WxC support is so good that I dread having to contact any other ISP.

Rang today about a minor enquiry and someone answered instantly. Was a lil thrown back and paused for a couple seconds. The help provided worked a treat as well.
