maverick: Good points Chaps, and Antonios your right in some of those comments for some people its the little things that they have which are the most important.
The main reason why this was not a major push for us to add our residential services is that there was not a lot of call for it, under our platform IN this is classed in a different service set (licence feature)as you would also well know Antonios and really is not classed as a residential type offering, this is more an SME / business type function and had generally being packaged as such.
Its kinda funny in some ways as its rather easy technically to do and we have had what is called shared line call appearance for 10 years with our platform, internally we use it and I use on multiple devices but I use it more for business, it has a lot of functionality and can be combined with the Mobile phone / Tablet apps that I have which combine Voice/ Video / Contacts and messaging in the one app using the same number as my work phone but really its not a residential type offering at this stage because of some of the extra costs involved.

Yep very familiar with SCA, more an observation that the loss of simple capabilities can hold back otherwise great capability for products.
