Been a little bit slack with this, the issue isn't our's unfortunatly as the devices shipped to the retail market have nothing to do with WxC apart from the fact that we support them, I have been waiting to catch up with our local Cisco guys and discussed this wit them this morning, they are going to do a follow up for us and see what the options are here.

maverick: update: sorry about the delay been waiting on our friends at Cisco to get to the bottom of this, basically it's going to be a bit of a major these boxes should not have been sold through the channel they were,
