Hi there, just got a new SPA3102-AU today and followed the video instructions to get it working. I also tried a reset etc. But I'm still not getting a line light.

The only thing I can think of is that it's unable to read the cfg file. So tried putting it into my browser:

http://58.28.20.69/configs/default/default$MA.cfg

Is that supposed to be forbidden? Surely the router can't read the cfg if it's forbidden, or does the router access it another way.

I'm accessing the Internet through the SPA3102-AU, so that's definitely working. And I used to have a WAG-310 and that worked so it's not on Xnets end. Not sure where to turn?

Thanks for any help in advance!

$MA expands to your device MAC address.

Sounds like WxC don't have your MAC correctly tied to your account to create a provisioning file.
