My previous post was directly related to the standard data usage plans, you'll want to look at billable usage and disregard any graphs at this point.

Torrent plan stuff was a slightly different issue.  Operations have advised that should also be resolved and it did start happening will before the 22nd - not 100% sure on the viewbill side for that but I'll investigate.

My billable usage of 17.4GB for Aug is the same as what the graphic is showing. I'll check when I get home but the billable usage hasn't changed

BTW I'm on River plan

Cameronn: Update.

The data usage has been corrected and the total GB used should be visible in the Viewbill portal.  Standard Data usage during the affected period (22nd until the end of the month) has been cut in half.

The hardware vendors believe they have identified and resolved the issue.  We'll be monitoring usage closely this month and hope no further problems are seen.  We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Thanks
Cameron

Cheers for your efforts mate. Mine has come right. Good work _b

I must be missing something, or in the horrible situation where what was being shown is what is going to be billed... as Graph and Summary table showing Billable Usage both show the same, and havent changed from a few days ago.

After a little investigation with Operations they found an issue with Viewbill caching old results, they've fixed  and it should now display the updated data (Billable usage) - please re-check your data prior to PMing me.

Thanks
Cameron

a] can you advise how I can see the previous months daily usage [so I can compare to my logs from last week]
b] advise from what date WxC feel this issue started

Billable usage total looks to be correct now.
Like xlinknz I'd also be interested in more info as to what caused this.

As we have said before there is a new accounting system in place,  that is all ! nothing sinister here, the accounting algorithms in some cases were not working correctly and required the vendor to resolve it... that's it !!!

Just received a bill nowhere near accurate, are your problems fixed or not? Patience is running very thin!

When will the problems be fix PROPERLY?

Well, as far as I can see, it all looks to be pretty good - thanks to the Xnet guys :-)

Only issue (and it's pretty minor) is local sent traffic seems to be counted as local recieved - I sent several large outgoing emails, and it all showed up as local received not local sent traffic. Doesn't affect billing though...

An earlier starter eh Phil ?

Well a definate improvement for what is showing for September i.e. fixed for Sept

But my Aug billable total despite being adjusted down a few GB is higher than usual but as previously mentioned and requested without being able to see daily totals for Aug I cannot compare to my own logs. Additionally WxC advising what date the issue started would be helpful too

I'll call the WxC helpdesk this morning to see if I can see the daily totals for Aug, if I had known I couldn't see daily totals for previous months I would have taken a screen shot

Please PM the details so I can investigate.

The standard data issues started on the 22nd of August.

The torrent data issues started much earlier in the month (maybe 5th or 6th) but were an entirely different issue - off peak data being marked as peak and vice versa.
