Hi Experts.

I am using Open VFX with 3CX PBX server, so far I can received vodafone or slingshot landline called, however, I cant accept any inbound overseas called and local telecom landline calls as well......

I hope you as a Experts will give me a hands with that.

Recently ported number? Have you tried registering with a softphone to check it's not your routing rules on 3CX?

Sounds like a porting issue with Telecom, please ring into the helpdesk and they can open a fault and chase it up from there,
