Still having random issues with our VFX lines.
Wife just tried to call and it got forwarded to my cell.
I immediately picked up one of the VFX lines and called her back it worked.

Hi CyaBro, yes we are seeing an occurrence of an issue we saw yesterday , Our Vendors are working on it at present but if you restart your device it will probably fix the issue as we have made a slight adjust to the affected devices

Nope still issues after a couple of reboots.
Calls come in and the phones start ringing then the call drops.

Edit: Same as Gremlin :)

Hi Chris,

If you restart now and see what happens please, the change that should have happen doesn't appear to have taken.

Message sent. Thanks for looking into it, much appreciated (I've also quite enjoyed the quiet day without phone calls other than the handfull of dropped ones!).

My open VFX has been playing up too - but it's the weekend now! Will see what happens Monday :)

Chorus has spent $1.4 billion on making their ADSL broadband network faster. Why not spend a couple of hundred to make sure you are getting the most out of your connection?
Geekzone special price: $150* for master splitter install, normally $200+ through your ISP. Auckland and Waikato areas.
*Travel charges may apply. Additional costs may apply for complex installs.
I install - Naked DSL, DSL Master Splitters, VoIP, RBI Rural Broadband. Also a dealer for WorldxChange.

Thanks for the advise maverick, seems to have worked.
To anyone else using open VFX and has set to TCP, change to UDP until issue resolved.

It's great to be with a company who admits a problem and says "sorry about that". I've been with plenty of low life isp's who lie their butts off and there is nothing more infuriating.
