Before I do a help desk request, is it only me or are there others also who receive 2x voice mail e-mails? I receive every voice mail in duplicate in addition to the call notification e-mail, but can't see any setting doing this. Only started happening a few months ago, been fine for a number of years before. It is not bothering me enough, we get very few voice messages. You can never have enough Volvos!

Thanks for posting that screenshot David. I didn't realise that I can now forward voice messages solely by email instead of needing to delete them via the phone afterwards. That is a nice improvement. Cheers Maverick and the team at WxC.

That is available via the VFX manager only, been available for a few years Grant :), can only be downloaded from Viewbill. Good thing about this is that it's cloud based so even when your connection is down you will still get VMail, doesn't rely on a cpe to do any smarts, Yes I am a employee of WxC (My Profile) ... but I do have my own opinions as well

Now I remember downloaded a new version a few months ago and looking through all the brilliant settings, love how you select different accounts via the drop down list rather than having to manually log into different accounts. Great software, stupid user. You can never have enough Volvos!
