I recently added the advanced feature set onto my VFX account I am having two little problems:
1) I have it set so that both my office and mobile phone ring when someone calls me, but 8 out of 10 times when I pick up on my Telecom mobile I am greeted with the engaged tone. As soon as I hang up my phone starts to ring again and this time when I pick up I will be connected with the caller.
2) If I miss the call on both my office and mobile phone the call goes to my Telecom mobile voicemail which isn’t helpful as it costs me $0.20 every time I have to check it, can I force this to go to my VFX voicemail instead?
I have emailed Xnet over 3 days ago and had no reply which is a little disappointing as I am mainly with them for the service.
Has anybody else experienced anything like this?
