Hi johny99,

I haven't had a chance to use 3.8.x firmware yet. I'll throw it on a unit on Monday and see if I can figure out why it's not working for you.

Looks like these features run under a different web server to the others. It's possible that this web server isn't starting for some reason.

I'd like to get remote access to your NAS to troubleshoot this for you, or you could attempt this QNAP Forum user's suggestion (untested).

Hi johny99,

Received your PM but couldn't reply as you have your profile set to not allow private messages.

I'm out of the office this week and don't have access to all of our documentation, knowledge base etc. Can I suggest flicking us an email with all of your questions, and one of my coworkers will get back to you.

I have a TS-219p+ and also recently updated the firmware to 3.8.1
After the update, the photo & music stations did not work.
Easy fix, log into the qnap admin, turn off the photo & music stations (untick the boxes), Apply, and then turn back on (tick the boxes).
All working now.
