Hello

I'm not sure where to post this.

I sent through a message to MYOB Atlas re their free websites via their complaints system on their website as I was having an issue with the domain code they sent me for the free domain name.
I was shocked that their email reply didn't even answer my query but instead they told me my account details are associated with someone elses website. Holly crap, whose got my account details!!!

Don't know how they got it wrong because I gave them my cell phone number.

Did they actually give you someone elses details, as that could be a breach of privacy?

If you have problem getting your UDAI code, contact the Domain name commissioner through their website at www.dnc.org.nz

Hello

Thanks I'll try that.
They gave me the persons website address and their primary account domain name that you first get when you create the free website.

Did you manage to get it sorted. I too have a client who is having trouble getting their UDAI, they requested it last week and still haven't received it. Anyone know what the maximum amount of time that you have to give them? I see one domain provider says they will provide the UDAI within 5 days. I don't think they have a system that will automatically generate it.
