No sign of mine. :(. Sounds like you'll get your replacement before me even though I called before.

I just want my phone :(

Damn that sucks

I'm just hoping that my replacement is good.

Just found out that my (faulty) iPhone 5 is week build 43 which means it must've only been 1-2 days old when it was shipped.

Which number is the week build? I don't think it would have much bearing for dead pixels. Scuffing maybe, but dead pixels are a fact of li, unless a particular part number was used and they had higher pixel failure rates.

The screen on my dead pixel one was pretty nice.

If it has some fault in my placement, I think I'd just die.

Use this website

http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html

As far as scuff issue, there was like a missing paint that looks like a straight line on the bottom left side on my 5

Just received my iPhone replacement. Will open it later.

But I checked the build week. It's week 44 (Nov). It was shipped on 1/11/2012 which means it had only just been assembled when it was shipped.

Hoping it's good

Hooray! Hope it's a good one!

No sign of mine. I have no idea if it has even been shipped or not.

I'm going to call them.

The replacement I got (brand new) is flawless. No scuffs, no dead and stuck pixels.

Did it come with iOS 6.0.1?

I think someone mentioned this earlier, but my iPhone is not very good on wi-fi.
I go to download a kindle book, and it's very sluggish and takes ages, whereas on 3G it will download the book in a few seconds.

Not impressed :(

Hope Apple comes up with a fix soon.

I find the speed good, if not better on wifi. This is just my own feel based on having a 4S for a year and the 5 for 2 weeks. Apps get online faster, emails more responsive. Speedtest on wifi is 11Mbit down and 41ms. On 3G 7.4 Mbit and 141ms.

However, range I find is less. At neighbours, my 4S is always on wifi albeit 1 bar, 5 is 50% or more likely to be on 3G

Been about 3 weeks and my iPhone has shown signs of wear you'd see after months of normal use.

Do you have it in a case, or is it nude?
