was Siri on iPad before ios6? it is now, runs in a little popup instead of over the whole screen. Siri is cool, in a gimmicky way.

Yes Christchurch maps look great, even all the road closures quiet impressive!!
YouTube is gone but you can download it free off the app store.

Installed without any issues on iPad 3rd gen. No nasty surprises.
Like the new stuff, Siri, Maps - although not yet sure how it will compare to google maps.
Disappointed that Safari doesn't have unified address and search field but this is apparently a surprise to no one but me.
Otherwise performance seems pretty much the same.

Cheers,
Joseph

Installed on iphone 4 no problems

Agree with comment above seems quicker and smoother maybe just having everything refreshed during upgrade has helped

installed on ipad 3. got stuck in infinite 'connect to itunes' icon.
isnt recognized when plugged into itunes. cannot put it into dfu mode.
the world is ending. tried on another computer, tried different cable. tried restarting computers and ipad. no difference.

hoping for an updated itunes that might resolve or its a trip to yoobee.

Apple seems to have deleted the "connectivity test" page and now no iOS devices anywhere in the world can connect via Wifi at all, because they don't see the text they expect to see so assume they hit a paywall.

Yup. It's a serious design flaw. If Apple's server goes down (like it did this morning) then you can't connect to your own Wi-Fi. Here's a nice big thread on it.

So if your router doesn't see the Internet but you still want to connect to access an internal server... You can't?

Wow...

I have struck this problem trying to connect at the Koruclub in Wellington this afternoon. I have the original iPad so no updates have been done. When trying to connect the screen that comes up is the Apple page USA.

Loaded iOS6 this morning.

Nothing too amazing, but liking the panorama mode in camera app.

Photos are actually VERY good in panorama compared to 3rd party app versions.
