My Sky callbacks over Slingshot LLU phone line

I have a Slingshot Better Network LLU home line (not VoIP) and am unable to get My Sky to callback for PPV, On Demand and Upgrade Channel services. Whenever I attempt to use these services, the callback to Sky starts but eventually fails with a message to check that a phone line is connected - which it is. Anyone else had this problem?

Lol don't the Mysky units have ethernet port son them? Typical of sky not to be able to use them....

Dialup modems are something that will always be problematic in the VoIP world. The LLU Lines are digital rather than analog so tend to work more like a VoIP line than a standard wholesale line. Often this will be down to which line profile is configured for this line. The Slingshot LLU phone service is effectively just an iTalk line with the ATA at the exchange rather than in your house. rm *

Is there a different line profile that might work and should I contact the helpdesk about this?
