Called slingshot today on behalf of a client
The CSR answered within 10 seconds of entering the technical support queue.

Client had no DSL sync, and needed the ppp password reset to try a new modem. The password was changed within a minute and the call was completed.

Still couldnt get a dsl sync, so called back to book a chorus tech to check out the line.
Again someone picked up within 10 seconds, and booked the technician. Within 3 mins the second call was completed.

Well done slingshot - very good service today!

:-)

Exactly

I couldnt get their password out of the page source inside the old modem's web interface, so i had to reset it in the process of trying a new modem.
