Yesterday and today I have been having connectivity issues connecting to an office in Auckland (via a VPN over UDP) from near Paeroa. Currently I am unable to connect at all, but prior to that it the connectivity was intermittant, but bad enough that Windows remote desktop was not usable. The office is on xtra's ADSL. Connectivity to the rest of the net seems OK and yesterday my colleagues in Auckland are able to connect fine.

Is anyone else having similar issues?

The problem went away all by itself about 2pm yesterday, and so far has not returned. Fingers crossed.

Hi,

Yes our network team did make a small change that should have resolved all of the reported issues permanently.

Thanks,
Ben
