If I have to listen to 'Bittersweet Symphony' when on hold to tech support for even a second more, I will go on a murderous rampage.
They don't even play the full song! They get halfway through and then just start it again!

Would it be too much to ask for some smooth jazz?

I like the song but the stopping and restarting half way through is very annoying!

Ask them to play the second half only for a few months, that ought to even things up a bit.
