Just so everyone knows, there is a fault in the Remuera area which means people might not be able to browse the internet.

Thought I might save a few people the headache of switching out their whole network with a new one and trying every device they own to try and connect.

No known fix as far as im aware.





Sometimes what you don't get it a blessing in disguise!

Might be something to do with a problem orcon are seeing...

**UPDATE 2013-02-04 11:15 - Telecom Broadband & Corporate Data customers/circuits may be experiencing degraded service***

We would like to advise that there is currently a slow/no data transfer issue affecting East Auckland Area. Full customer impact to be confirmed.
Technical teams advise root cause is pointing towards faulty Telecom Network Element.

Apparently this fault has now been resolved. Everyone should be up and running now :)

RESOLVED: Degradation of Broadband & Corporate Data services
**UPDATE 2013-02-04 14:45 - Telecom have confirmed that the faulty network card has now been replaced which has restored service to affected customers.
