As I can't find my other forum post re not being able to access the slingshot account page I'll create a new post.

Anyway it took posting here last time for someone from Slingshot to let me know that due to security reasons they had to block the account page for any non slingshot connections and it was for only a short time. There was no notification sent to me.

Which is fantastic as it means I can not access my iTalk settings.

Anyway over a month a go I ported my number to 2talk and notified Slingshot via phone that I had done this. But as others have experienced I notice they are charging me for another month.

So I tried to logon to my account page at Slingshot to see if I can cancel it that way but you guessed it the page is still blocked.

I had to replace my router due to my ATA adapter failing. Of course the SIP password is different to my Slingshot account and I can only access it via the account page so I was without a phone. (silly me should have written it down).

Anyway this page has been blocked for me since before Christmas and I was getting nowhere with Slingshot so switched to 2talk. Which I'm glad I did as I would still be without a phone.

I have emailed Slingshot asking what is going on and why my italk account is still active, there's no number even linked to it :-)

Just look at your public profile page and you can see all topics you created, including the account logon page 403 access denied discussion.
