This is a typical result. Neighbours on other ISPs are having no such problems. I am on the 50gb plan. What is going on?

What is your sync rate this is the first question everyone on here will ask? Typically speed issues like this there is something wrong with your sync rate to the exchange.

If your DSL sync is sub 3Mbit call the help desk and have a fault lodged.

tpain: Hi there

I have recently moved from King George Avenue in Epsom, to the Three Kings end of Mount Eden road.

At my new Three Kings address I am getting horrible speeds:

Thanks, Tony

If you've already isolated and tested your equipment on all jp's in the house and the speeds are still slow, best bet would be to call the contact centre to troubleshoot further and log a fault if need be.

Cheers,
Warren

Hey
I moved into a flat with my friends in February this year, and we signed up to the Slingshot AYCE plan.
Unfortunately at the time, we couldn't find any plans that weren't 12 month contracts.
We're moving out in December, and will have to break the contract.
Will we be forced to pay the whole $120 fee for breaking the contract, or are Slingshot pretty easy with this and just let us pay for the difference for the two months?
Cheers, hachi
