My olds have changed to Slingshot and where told there connection would be ready on 2nd Dec,
that came and went and so we called them up to see what was going on.
The helpdesk guy said that they where lacking some infomation and went off to find out what it was
and returned staying sorry and they didn't need any more info and the connection would happen on the 8th.
Well the 8th came and went and the onlt thing we got was it's now going to be connected on the 12th.
Mean while all this time the phone line has been half converted to Slingshot, so people who phone up when nobody is arround get answered by the slingshot answer phone, which is great, but we don't have access to the answer phone service or any of the slingshot easy phone features. So people could be leaving message and we have no way to tell or collect these message.
Make is worse than not having it at all.
Pretty disapointed but some how, not totally supprised that it didn't work seemlessly.
