signed up for naked dsl on 18 dec, physical line was connected on 28 Dec. the reason is I have already logged a job for this, and ss csr said some technician is looking into this. I don't understand why a simple authentication access is so hard to resolve.
to this stage I have had no calls or txt of when this will be resolved, all I got was a email saying my broadband is active. am not pleased with these at all. have had to keep buying mobile broadband data for these past 2 weeks.

not sure if any others are kept waiting like I am.

If you know it's an authentication issue then get them to reset your password and update your modem settings accordingly. Guess its bad luck you ended up with a csr who's not being paid to think.

got a reply back from one of the csr that I will get credit for a month, due to the unresolved issue with the radius server. still wish for some internet.

Himmmm what issue with the radius server?

It sounds like an account issue good to see that you got a months credit and I hope your issue is resolved soon.

they didn't want to tell more about the issue. all they said was issue with radius server

Finally resolved after i ask for ETA for this issue.
