Hey guys

I Have noticed that my caller ID is suddenly blocked to all phones.

I have checked that its not blocked in the italk web settings, I have also dialled *31 to validate that it not blocked. Despite that, its always blocked.

Any ideas?

What sort of IP phone or ATA are you using? Have you enabled CID blocking it in this?

Do you have your vertical service activation codes empty or using the Linksys default? Could you have potentially dialled the code to disable CID if they are not blank?
