My wife has been getting bounce backs via Orcon to Hotmail / Outlook.com addresses.

I have just tried from Orcon's  webmail page and get the same problem

I struck this a few months ago, they were blocked because there was spam being sent on their network.
Contacting Orcon, they refused to do anything about it as they had to pay US$500 to get unblocked, they get unblocked after 30 days if I recall.
