A few days ago I have updated the new GENIUS GO release Dec. 13, 
Great update as now I can't link to my home phone at all. It gives me the error message " ops something went wrong, try again". Any idea how I can get it working. I sent a support request a few days ago, bit no reply so far. I am pretty p.. of..

This is not a problem with the application itself.  We have a problem server-side which is affecting upgrade from free to paid in some cases.

Sent a PM too, I've had a similar problem for the entire life of my orcon connection (a few weeks), and the helpdesk just want details of the particular calls that have the problem, they don't seem to understand that the app crashes for *every* call.

At least you have been able to register in the app, I get wrong username or password, gave up trying after the 20th time.

For all those following along at home, attaching Genius Go to your account should now be working again.

If you're still having trouble please uninstall and reinstall/reactivate the app and try again.

If you're still having trouble after that... please let me know and I'll see if I can help.

Can you try again now?  Preferably after uninstall/reinstall the app?  If that doesn't work shoot me a PM with your orcon username, I'll look into it.

Thanks Dan,
its working now. Just need a real call to come in, so I know that there has been an improvement. Sofar I could not answer more than 50% of my incoming call.
We will hope for the best.

I have had no end of problems with Genius Go in the end I uninstalled.
Seeing others now think it is working I have reinstalled and apart from getting two calls from Greg the CEO at Orcon it doers not seem to like Android 4.4.2. Has anyone on Android 4.4.2 got Genius working?

I still having problems answering calls. Also when I finally can answer a call, my mobile is still ringing while speaking. Even at home I mostly can't answer through my iphone 4s, 7 ios, showing 5 bars. Also there is still a mega echo.

Yeah, Android 4.4 isn't working right now.  I'm testing a release which fixes 4.4 support.

Are you swiping the notification to answer the call?  If you just unlock the phone it doesn't work well.  The inability to stop ringing when the call is answered is a limitation of how iOS notifications work :/

yes I am swiping the Genius and not the iphone unlock. 
It goes somewhere and mostly not to the Orcon answer page. So I miss the call, while the phone keeps ringing.
