If you get a text message saying your payment failed, don't worry about it. There's a failure at 2degrees and they're working on it. Give it a day or two and if it's still saying it's a problem on the website, then maybe call them.

I think they're quite busy with it, it took me 10 minutes on hold to talk to someone today, usually it's quicker than that. Not that I call very often.

the txt does not say it is from 2degrees which adds to the problem. I have been checking my credit card to find who is expecting payment. words fail me sometimes.

It's from the number 201, which is in my 2degrees SIM as "topup".

there is 100s of short codes and I am not prepaid.....

 The email just arrived.....

I got those messages. Looks like Ive been charged though but the websites still saying its overdue. Wish transactions came up straight away. Will check again tomorrow and see..
