Just had a call from someone at 2 degrees, saying he was going to offer me a really good deal since I had not been using 2 degrees very much lately (got a dual sim phone with 2 degrees and telecom)..
When I told him that I wasn't using 2 degrees very much as I was getting a better deal from Telecom, he said well if you getting a better deal from telecom I won't bother you any more and said goodbye..

Guess 2 Degrees have got enuff customers that they don't need to really offer better deals to keep their customers..

God I wish more companies would do that when I give them the polite version of F#@k off and leave me alone.

Hah I get a call from 2Degrees about every six months detailing some made up usage stats and why I would be on a better deal if I moved to pay monthly.

Last one was great,

I see you have spent $20 on calling, $12 on data and $7 on texts.

Oh really, does it also mention there that I am on the $19 dollar plan and have only topped up $20 to pay for that?

Yes, we generally find not annoying people works better than pestering them.

If you think you're better off with Telecom, that's fine. We'll still be here when you realise you're wrong. ;-)

iPad + iPhone 4S + 2degrees 3G data 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Why don't you just bend over? Whomever came up with that marketing ploy should be fired.

They always call me saying that I'd be better off on pay monthly, i say okay, then when they ask for my date of birth... ohhhh you have to be 18 to sign up for pay monthly...
Shouldn't you already know this?
