Maybe they'll increases their MMS cap so I can send photos from my phone as it only compresses the image to 410 kbs and won't send. CS tell me cap for 2D is 300. Phone is a Sony ericsson xperia active, 2011 model. It's like having a flash new car but you can't use the boot. I don't need to send photos everyday but it would be nice to be able to when I wanted

Thats why I use email. Also because it's practically free on wifi and nearly free on 3G, compared to MMS which always costs at least 50c.

And yes, it's 300KB.

iPad + iPhone 4S + 2degrees 3G data 4tw!

Why not upload to picasaweb or the cloud somewhere else then send the link to someone? That's what smartphones are for! MMS is so last century :P

CruciasNZ: I'm hoping multiple-SIMs per plan (for multiple devices owned by one person). Let's wait and see

This would be nice, I couldn't believe it's not happening already. But it's not really revolutionary imo.

Exactly! And that's coming from the technical owner of the MMSC. Ditto for WAP (mind you only a minute amount of WAP traffic actually goes through our WAP gateway these days anyway).

4G would be nice, but considering most of the country dosn't have 2Degree's 3G it would be nice for them to install that first before worrying about Auckland etc having 4G

Which 4G? HSPA+? Or LTE?
(LTE here will need different spectrum and is at least 2-3 years off)

Homezone...........

You select a zone (your home) that you cna get free calling from, like a landline doing local calls.

this was posted in 2009 when they did a deal with Telecom Wholesale
