Love your signature XD

lol... I really should take it off, though.
It's gotten me in trouble a few times.

It seems the cat is out of the bag about what we will be seeing tomorrow. The participants will be in to win some of the new NFC-enabled devices ;)

Ugh. So I've got to get a new NFC enabled device just to use this feature.

I'll stick to my snapper card eh.

What did you think "mobile payments" would be? A unified credit card-sized... card?

Isn't that supposed to be the advantage of Android? ;-)

I'd beg to differ with the  “As New Zealand’s first NFC phone, the LG Optimus Net will help revolutionise the way people use both their phone and their money.” statement.

Nexus S?

I heard there are other "features". From all I know LG jumped the gun and sent out the press release a bit earlier than planned.

I am sure the other features will be talked about tomorrow...

Does the Nexus S have a solution that allows you to actually USE it to pay in New Zealand?

I have a HTC One X here with NFC. I can't do anything with that (for now).

God knows, all I was saying is that that statement is untrue

I was just hoping it was something all 2degrees customers could use with their existing hardware.
