Topped up online, like I have ever since I got my 2D connection and .. it didn't work.

I had to delete and enter a new Visa Debit card as the saved one had just been cancelled due to a replacement card being issued. Completed the checkout process, got the 'transaction was successful and here is the transaction ID' and then clicked back on my account.

Balance: $11

Which I thought was odd, as it should have been $31.
So I checked the history - no top ups in the recent week or month.

Checked my online banking - $20 had been taken out of my account.

At this point I really wish I had taken a note of that transaction ID!

I do have a case logged with the 2D Help Desk, but wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this?
I have 9 days to sort it out before my $19 combo back tries to renew.

My advise in these cases is also to check your online banking over the next couple of days to make sure the bank don't credit the money back in. I have seen it several times where the bank take the money out but don't give it to anybody and it is put back in the account the next day.

Not saying that is what has happenned here but definatily worth checking.

If you have logged it with customer care it will most likely be sorted in the next day or two, so don't panic.
