I have recently moved into an area where I am right on the edge of the 2degrees coverage. Phone (SGS3) works perfectly at the start of the drive way, but once in the house coverage comes and goes and can't be relied on. (Am in Nikau Vally in the Kapiti Coast, wellington). text messages can take 2 hours to reach us etc.

Does 2Degrees realistically have any options to be able to improve coverage?

My issue is I am 4 months into a 24 month contract. We decided to move unexpectedly after I signed up.

Hi Ben,

Try setting it to 'GSM only' in your Network settings improves the signal.

Please PM your address and number so I can get a clearer picture of the coverage at your home address.

Cheers
