Most people at our work have iPhones on 2Degrees service. We find the service reliable for both calls and SMS.

Over the years we used both Telecom and Vodafone networks. None of the three networks has any noticeable advantage in terms of call or SMS delivery over others - they all have their own areas of advantages and disadvantages but overall experience is about the same.

I find your comments and this post to be less than helpful and it is bordering on defamatory.

2Degrees doesn't have an inherent problem with their text service or their network. If you think you lost a few texts, a decent thing to do would be to let them know which ones. If you are not willing to tell them, why complain, especially in a public forum? You alleged that there was a problem, but unwilling to tell what the problem actually was - that suggests to me there potentially was no problem in the first instance. Are you sure those texts were sent? How can you be sure if you don't even know when they were sent?
