Been on the $19 Text Combo for a while now, and every month it would send me a reminder it was going to expire, a message saying it couldn't renew (if I didn't have the funds) and then a thank you once renewed.

My normal renewal time is around the 27th of the month and as I reached for my phone to make a call on Sunday I wondered if my pack was still alive. Checking the website I saw it wasn't so I topped up $25. At this point I normally get a top up successful txt and the renewal txt. Not receiving anything, I took a screen dump of the transaction ID and then went back to my account details.

My account showed that I now had all the benefits of the combo and I proceeded to make my call,

24 hours later I still have not received any of the txt messages I would normally get.

Have 2D stopped sending these?

Why don't you ring their customer services to find out.

I have found this forum to be a better provider of answers than the helpdesk (I don't use twitter or facebook to ask on there)

Hi, we haven't stopped low balance texts however, with the $19 Combos we will do our best to send you a text before your Combo Renewal Date to remind you to top-up and will also do our best to send you a text if your Combo Pack does not renew for any reason.

You also have the option to turn off low balance texts for other packs and balances - http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/help/account-notifications

I'd advise setting a Monthly Auto-Top-Up the day before expiry so you know you should have enough credit for the pack to renew.

If you want me to look into a particular issue please let me know.

Cheers
