Modem turn up on Friday found to be fault due to endless disconnection. Line test etc were generated in process my vdsl line drop down 2 profile on were previously stable ie from dlm 0 to dlm 2 . That in own will take several months to correct. Eventually on Monday night modem failed all connectivity far network goes . When tempting to force ping device in isolated single pc to modem scenario I got results but it came back with ping response over 4000ms were should be zero. I left modem activity pinging for around 40 minute and eventually return to zero. So just make matter worse it shows wifi as active but modem light for wan is off and again no wifi site present to be seen in wifi connection either my phone tablet or laptop. My thoughts are modem is obviously faulty.
Just sad to think I have resort to showing this on public forum but I guess public need to know especially the old snap customers that have seen what was decent company piror to merge been wreck by it. O by way my old modem hasn't drop since I was force plug back in due above occurring.
Call center phone wait times have gone to like 2 min max wait to anything up to 1hr looks like that way things are now comparable to spark orcon Vodafone etc next they ship off shore to some other country to keep there costs down. .
I'm gutted to be on new 12 contract now
