Hi all,

So....

got a phone call from nick 7 days ago, advising me that i have 7 days to get hooked up with another provider....

that was from request of the Residential Support.

upon asking why i was told it was cos of ringing up about line issues, that they have ran all the tests they could, they have raised too many faults and cant do anymore etc..

3 days short of my paid up month, termination order for 3 more days even tho my service with snap has been now terminated by them.

apart from getting no real answers about why my account was terminated.

3 years with snap and just get rang up and say seeya! aint very nice.

So to sum this all up it sounds like this happened.

Customer has problem, and complains to ISP
ISP suggests to get a Tech out and informs customer of potential no fault found costs
Customer chooses not to get tech and continues to complain to ISP
ISP says there is nothing more they can do without getting a tech
Customer complains more
ISP asks customer to leave as they have reached a dead end.
ISP submits broadband cancellation
Customer looks to damage ISPs reputation by posting a one sided story online.
Customer agrees to get a tech out
Customer signes up to Telecom
Tech solves the problem and service is restored
Open service order due to cancellation prevents customer from migrating to Telecom

I'm sure Telecom will send Snap a Christmas card to say thanks for fixing the issue for them ;)

Freakin awesome.

Dude, you got dumped because you are high maintenance, call more than once a week for three years, seem impossible to please, don't pay on time, and think three copper lines that are kilometres long should perform identically across three different providers.

Why didn't Snap dump you earlier?

Can I get a hell yeah?

AviZ: just for other peoples kicks.

seeing the other 2 lines had better sync rates etc, they both have master filters fitted to those lines and mine dont
thus the low sync rate and noise on the line when picking up the phone.


And you have known this for how long?


for 3 years :D

couldnt be bothered in buying a master filter and fitting it :D instead i used them crappy inline ones.

Snap is full of reason dumping you as a customer. In your other discussion you complained about your line and when asked about line condition and filter you said it was all taken care off.

We do not like trolls and soapbox here.

I'd say that anyone reading this discussion should not consider this Snap's fault.
