First of all, howdy! i have been planning to move to NZ like a year a go, and decided to look for the local good forum, all roads leaded to GeekZone, i found a lot of useful information, I have 2 month living here already, and i finally got my connection up, so i now decide to share my speeds and get some feedback also, and start participating in the forums.

Thanks

So this is International

And this is local

I know im getting a lil bit more, around 10 Mb download for local.

Im wondering if the international ping is normal.

Also i have a ASUS modem/router.

Try doing a speedtest to Sydney or LA. You will get a better idea of ping speeds. Florida is on the other side of the US so 282ms is not bad.

This is to LA, a lil bit lower ping but down speed is not that good either...
