UPDATE 2: All sorted now by the looks!

UPDATE: I just got through to snap; they are indeed experiencing issues with their SMTP server and technicians are working on the issue now.  They hope to have the server functioning correctly again in the next few hours.

Is anyone having any issues sending email via the snap SMTP server?  When sending email using this server I get the following message:

The message is about 10 characters long, so I don't think it's the size of the message itself!  Since I don't use my snap email address at all I can't see how it could be related to any space usage issue with that.  Using another SMTP server I can send the email fine.

Currently on hold with snap support (have been for ~20min now which is very unlike them!).

Edit: Just logged into my snap mailbox - 0% used space.
