Hi. Well this got not resolved. Snap(Ricky) was very helpfull but Chorus not. So I had to go to cable as Chorus believed my line is the same as houses on my street. So Vodafone came and put a new cable in for my cable connection.
Like I said Snap was helpful but could not do more so we came to an agreement to cancel my account with Snap as they can't give me the service I signed up to.
