Same here, even though I'm having speed+latency problems at the moment, and have had account problems in the past.
Every time I've called I've got someone straight away. Have never had to hold more than 30 seconds, and that's absolutely amazing for an ISP. I got used to 30+ minute hold times at Slingshot.
And the helpdesk guy who's dealing with my current issues is most helpful.
