Thanks for the info Mark Laughing

I was trying to set a limit on Youtube a few weeks back so it wouldn't interfere at all with a 64Kbps audio stream (the whole reason for Snap as a back-up). I use  www.softperfect.com Bandwidth Manager for this and to pass TCP ACK packets without queuing to stop uploads screwing up downloads. Although I think by the looks of things @ your end it bursts to buffer then slows down Youtube anyway to only what's needed?

I was trying a whole host of IP ranges including the TCL one's to try and limit Youtube to 1.2mbps (enough for 360p) but I wasn't have any success and gave up on it after after entering countless IP's willy nilly from netstat observances. So I'll go try that range instead.

Cheers,
Gavin.

I see something has been reconfigured as www.youtube.com today comes up with this:

  1    43 ms    99 ms    99 ms  dsldevice.lan [192.168.4.1]
  2    20 ms    20 ms    20 ms  20.17.69.111.static.snap.net.nz [111.69.17.20]
  3    20 ms    19 ms    20 ms  24.17.69.111.static.snap.net.nz [111.69.17.24]
  4    37 ms    38 ms    37 ms  111-69-27-66.core.snap.net.nz [111.69.27.66]
  5    35 ms    35 ms    35 ms  111-69-27-65.core.snap.net.nz [111.69.27.65]
  6    35 ms    35 ms    35 ms  203.167.233.10
  7   171 ms   161 ms   160 ms  unknown.net.reach.com [202.84.142.110]
  8   167 ms   163 ms   162 ms  i-2-5.tlot03.bi.reach.com [202.84.251.242]
  9   160 ms   162 ms   160 ms  72.14.197.53
 10   229 ms   164 ms   162 ms  64.233.174.41
 11   192 ms   160 ms   160 ms  64.233.174.186
 12   190 ms   191 ms   191 ms  72.14.239.155
 13   189 ms   189 ms   189 ms  216.239.48.165
 14   193 ms   197 ms   198 ms  72.14.232.6
 15   194 ms     *      188 ms  pw-in-f136.1e100.net [74.125.53.136]

www.google.co.nz still points to:

  1    70 ms    99 ms    99 ms  dsldevice.lan [192.168.4.1]
  2    21 ms    20 ms    26 ms  20.17.69.111.static.snap.net.nz [111.69.17.20]
  3    21 ms    20 ms    22 ms  24.17.69.111.static.snap.net.nz [111.69.17.24]
  4    21 ms    20 ms    20 ms  g9-0-970.u21.tar.telstraclear.net [203.98.23.221]
  5    35 ms    34 ms    35 ms  203.97.30.131
  6    38 ms    37 ms    37 ms  203.97.30.147

I'm just happy I can set a bandwidth limit on Youtube video now.

Cheers,
Gavin.
