"403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied."


when I click on your link..

it seems it goes to http://www.geekzone.co.nz/LTE?%20We%E2%80%99ve%20got%20that%20too,%20say%20Optus,%20VHA not http://delimiter.com.au/2011/02/15/lte-weve-got-that-too-say-optus-vha/ could be a bug?

No bug. The OP posted the link without http:// in front of it, and the browsers do what browser have been doing for years: assume it is on the same domain as this page.
