Sometimes it seems there is a hiccup between the parcel arriving at youshop and it arriving. There seems to be a disconnect between the backend and the website. A mate of mine had a package go across the pacific, through customs and delivered to her doorstep in 1 hour. All the processing scans appeared in her email box within one hour.

Just placed nexus 4 order on google play US. The estimate delivery time is 2-3 weeks now Cry

It says they won't charge me until they ship it, but it's already charged from my credit card..

Mine said 1-2 weeks, it shipped within 4 days.  Waiting on Youshop now, one thing that did happen was the bank blocked the charge as they thought it was fraudulent.  They then sent a message to my internet banking, which I didnt get until the following week, and told them to release the funds.  They said they ?? it because the initial holding charge is from a different account than the actual charge that came through when it was shipped.

It's just an authorisation. Google doesn't actually have your money

Ordered a Nexus 4 Bumper (Black) from the US store to add to my Nillkin case (which is a fantastic case).

I haven't noticed anyone commenting on the "Black" indicator...seems like a bit of a node to a "white" bumper.

Good luck everyone!

So my Nexus 4 is dead.  A vase fell off the window sill onto the bench where my phone was charging.  The screen shattered and is now unresponsive to touch - happy days!

I ordered a new phone and got it sent to youshop and youshop are telling me it costs $69.50 to get the phone shipped to NZ.

The break down of the pricing is
Parcel value  USD$299.00
Parcel dimensions 6cm x 11cm x 20cm
Parcel weight 6kg
Volumetric weight0.26kg

Seems like a rather large and heavy box for a phone don't you think?  According to UPS (who delivered the phone from Google to youshop) the phone weighed 1lb.

Has anyone else had this problem?

They must have screwed that up.

It should be 0.6kg not 6.0kg I think...

Mine:
Parcel value USD$299.00
Parcel dimensions 11cm x 19cm x 6cm
Parcel weight 0.4kg
Volumetric weight 0.25kg

I was going to hold off, but I figure I won't lose too much if I flick it on trademe if a 32 is announced.

is it possible to change your address on an ASB debit card, if so, how?
I have a feeling that might be delaying my order...
I ordered on the 29th (USA time) and still haven't got any shipping info or anything happen to my order.
