Still says 3-5 days. I wonder how much stock they have on hand. Must have secured a few through 2degrees I guess.

Damn you guys!
That was impulse shopping at it's greatest!

I ordered one. Says 3-5 days delivery.
Now let's see if I can cancel the order on Google play. Or maybe I should just keep it and sell it one I receive it, sometime next year :)

I've tried to cancel my Play order this morning and am still waiting for confirmation from Google, funny how the confirmation of purchase is instantaneous!

NzBeagle: Would this be getting into the Yakju vs Takju situation that the Galaxy Nexus has?

I hope not. I'm assuming it's the same phone just bundled with a 2degrees sim pack.

Don't believe it will happen. I can not see multiple images on the AOSP.

Buy in case it will happen in the future, takes 30 minutes to convert...
Already did it on my GNex... :)

This is currently the cheapest AND quickest (combined) method to get the Nexus 4!! Quicker but not cheaper than Google Play store and cheaper than 2Deg (799) and the other options (eBay etc). Warehouse is undercutting all of the re-sellers it seems. Almost too good to be true...:)

Pull the trigger now if you want it.

PS Also makes warranty issues easier.

Keep cancelling your Google Play orders people... might mean I get mine quicker Tongue Out

Good on you all though. The additional dollars to buy this in NZ for a 16GB model makes this worth a very good look (especially if you factor in the possible customs charges if declared correctly).

As I have ordered an 8GB model, I (my wife) can not warrant an additional $300!! I was only given $300 to buy a new phone, so some 'creative accounting' will have to take place as/when Google process my order.

Haha.

It would be a good idea to sit tight if you're not in a huge rush to get one. Even if Google Play doesn't work out (credit card address problems etc) there may be a reasonably priced source of Nexus 4s later this month. Never know!

Fully impulse bought as well. Cheers guys. Wonder when we'll be able to get our hands on the inductive charging "orb"...

True... I've said all along I'm in no rush, but when I actually see them being sold in NZ, it's hard not to 'want' it right now. I hope the CC things works, as Google has already authorised my order, it's just not completed yet.

The one thing I do have is the elusive Bumper!! I managed to get a brand spanking new one off of thegumtree.com.au for AU$30 !! I just happened to Google search 'Nexus 4 Bumpers' and the guy had just listed it. Quick whatsapp to the brother in-law and he picked it up (in a carpark!!) in Melbourne. Have you seen the price these are going for on Ebay!! Ridiculous!

No way! That is incredibly lucky. If the Nexus 4 is rare then those only exist in legends, not even sure if they're real or not

Even better it's going to my Xmas present from the brother in-law... so technically I didn't have to pay for it (although I still don't have the phone though!!).

I actually ordered a Rearth Ringke Slim case from Amazon before I got the Bumper, so will have the choice when/if my phone gets here.

Let me know how the Ringke fits and looks. I ordered the Nillkin Premium Matte case from Ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Nillkin-Premium-Matte-Hard-Cover-Case-LCD-Guard-For-LG-Nexus-4-E960-Mako-/130807927352?pt=PDA_Accessories&var=430107807309&hash=item1e74c29238

I went with Nillkin because it had the colour that i wanted.
