Hi I know of many so called sync apps like Box, dropbox, etc ... but they are difficult to use - you have to click on each file - this will drive me mad

Is there an app that you select the folders and it will sync for you?

How do you make it sync a folder as opposed to backing up individual files

Also is there a trusted app to backup my sim contacts? I don't use Google contracts because I have like 1000 Google contracts I only store my 100 numbers in my sim card

But google contacts are stored in the phone memory,  not the sim card.
It's the best sync app for contacts (and you can load them into an iphone through exchange too)

so i take it google backup does not backup the sim card, is there any app that can backup my sim card that you trust? (there are a few out there but i don't want to use them unless i can trust them)

tried it after you mentioned - can't (nobody on google knows how to) get it to sync a folder ... i still had to select the files
