The PPI on this phone is insane 468ppi! I'd love to see one in person, though I won't be buying on.

You could always check out my HTC Butterfly to get an idea how it is (although its PPI is a paltry 440-something).

Can't help thinking 448ppi might be a bit of an overkill for a screen but I think this technology is destined to be closer to our eyes, eg glasses and contacts. I suppose ill have to buy a microscope just to find a pixel.

I honestly think my s3 is better than this. I can't see pixels on the 300 and something ppi on its display. And its got EXPANDABLE MEMORY. Plus its a samsung.

Will be interesting to see what Telecom is going to price the One and the Xperia Z. Maybe both $1k, doubt they will be cheaper.

Anyone else pulled trigger on one of these?

Pre-ordered from Mobicity today, they anticipate stock of the black One tomorrow and also expect enough stock to cover present orders. Naturally I'm not holding my breath for it to arrive on that timeframe, since, well, major device releases never ever seem to go quite to time.

Not yet. I never buy first batch of phones because they are more likely to have bugs etc. Plus I want to see the GS4 + reviews for HTC One + Xperia Z :)

I always buy first batch, not yet really been bitten by that :)

I don't trust most reviews, so I will just buy them all and try them out :/

I'm after the silver model. Initially I was keen on the Sony Z but after seeing the quality of the video and stills, HTC came tops. Plus its awesome Sense.

Ordered mine (silver) from Clove today.
Says won't be shipped before 15th, which is OK.
Chose Clove because of LTE bands (EU version includes 800MHz)

Does the Mobicity version only support LTE1800MHz? Or does it do the same as the clove version, minus the 800MHz?
