This handset looks pretty nice and Vodafone are going to be selling it in Europe, hope it makes its way down here!

Yes and let's hope that Telecom is securing at least one decent Android phone for the launch of the new network... I had heard about this mobile and hoped that Telecom might get it but alas, now Voda have the iPhone AND the best Android mobile around.

I wonder if an unbranded version of this device will be officially released into the market eventually or whether it will remain a Voda-branded/customised only device?

The official Vodafone press release says it is exclusive everywhere in their markets at launch except a couple of countries. It could mean they will be available unbranded, or they will be available unlocked...

Not very clear and HTC is not making any noise.
